Cuatro Tiempos is located in a restored 16th century house just a stone’s throw from the cathedral in the historical centre of the medieval city of Toledo. Its cuisine is based on the traditional food of Castilla-La Mancha with modern and creative touches. Its extensive wine list offers plenty of options to accompany dishes such as Manchegan salmorejo with crispy jamón and croutons, or medallions of venison loin with apple puree and a red berry sauce.
