Sahara de Valencia is like a setting from 1001 Arabian nights. It offers mainly Moroccan food with Lebanese, Syrian and Saudi influences, resulting in the best Arabic dishes. The menu is divided into hot and cold starters, soups, salads, meats, fish, couscous and dessert, all with their Arabic names and clear explanations. There are three tasting menus (Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar) featuring a wide variety of options. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the restaurant offers diners a chance to enjoy an Arabic dancing show.
